The 3688 is the lightest boot Altama makes, It is constructed of nylon and suede cowhide leather to provide a high strength to weight ratio. Its comfort features include an inner air mesh lining for maximum boot ventilation, removable double density footbed with heel shock pads, and a moisture wicking lining. The Altama EXOSpeed II footwear series offers the ruggedness of a high-performance combat boot but with the comfort of a running shoe.
